My guess, is the computer case holds two hard drives. It would
be pretty hard to do RAID5 or RAID10, unless the computer case
had room to store the extra drive(s). So I think they're referring
to how much room the computer case has to hold the necessary
hard drives.

Correct! I had opened the case and saw only 2 bays for 3.5" hard disks.

How would you have written it?
