I googled this and dogpiled this and nothing came up. I think it has to do
with Lotus Notes - it doesn't start up sometimes. The IBM website is crap for
help. Thought someone here may know an answer.

Windows hangs on this error when I try to reboot or shutdown. This happens
after I've tried to start Lotus Notes at it fails to start. Lotus is not in
memory - in the task manager/processes window(CTRL-ALT-DEL).

Any solution or tips would be appreciated. Thanks.
