Interative word document

Hi,

I have been asked by a colleague to make the word document interative so
people can fill it out. Usually i would PDF it and add in the features that
way, but he has been having trouble doing it this way. So i was wondering if
there was anyway to add checkboxs, buttons for emailing into a word document.

And if you can how would i go about doing it.
