Interactive "Hidden Page"

I have been tasked to create a help desk page consisting of a screen shot of
a system's Main Page, with interactive buttons that "work" in the sense that
by clicking on them the user is taken to other images (screen shots of the
system's pages).

Also the entire image is to be hidden (ie., have a "Hide Image", "Show
Image") button.

I am a Novice User, any and all help will be appreciated.
