Intellimouse

My mouse has been acting goofy. The pointer will sometimes float across the
screen. Often I will lose control and programs will open and close. The mouse
will freeze some of the time off line and always online. Any suggestions
would be appreciated. It is driving me nuts.

Disable enhanced precision and slow it down a bit. Consider also making sure
that the eye is clean and the batteries replaced. Also make sure you're
using the latest software and drivers and the correct software and drivers
for your mouse.
