We have two XP machines in close proximity. When I use my Microsoft
IntelliMouse my wife's mouse is erratic. They are both the wireless
versions. I note nothing wrong when she is using her mouse, it's just on her
machine. The knowledge base didn't turn up anything when I searched.

Thanks

Paul

And what does your Local knoweledge base provide you.

Look around, see what is next to her machine and not yours.

It's ovious that there is a reflected signal.

Get rid of the items that may be reflecting her signal, or shield your
receiver so that it can only pick up your mouse.

Come on.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for posting!

I understand that your wife's mouse is erratic when you use Microsoft
IntelliMouse.

I agree with BAR's idea, you may attempt to troubleshoot the issue
according to his helpful suggestion. Since I cannot know the exact erratic
issue you mentioned, please let me provide you with the following article
for your reference:

I hope my information helps. If there is anything that is unclear, please
feel free to let me know.

Thanks & Regards,

Jason Tan
