intelisense still dead

Thank you for a piece of advice but removing *dlls from
bin and obj from debug still didn't help.

Intelisense still is not working for me.
Any other suggested things to check?

Did you try the licx file trick?

Try deleting the .suo file. It holds the current state of the IDE for that
solution.

Don't konw how - but it works now - after .licx trick .

Deleting the .projdata file can also help.
