Intel RAID BIOS setup menu

Greeting,

Does the Intel RAID BIOS setup menu only show up when you have 2 SATA
harddisks?

For me, the setup menu never shows up and I wonder if it is because I only
have one HD available.
I have tried changing the BIOS setting, upgraded the BIOS to 1012, and still
no luck. Finally, I am using the P4P800 Deluxe motherboard.


Any other insights are appreciated.

I believe that is true. The same thing happened to me with only one drive.
When I added a second the menu/options were displayed.
