intel pentium D 805 compatible mobo?

I am in the process of putting together a new computer, at first I
wanted a pentium D but they were expensive. Then i saw this beauty,

and i had to buy it. Now i cant find a compatible mobo, newegg was not
very helpful and i dont see any information on Intels site, Intel
doesnt even mention it!!!!! any one have any idea what i am looking for?
