Intel Menu (on desktop)

Hi All
Does anyone know of a way to remove the Intel Menu from the desktop when you
right click? I'm trying to lockdown a network and I can do it through
Registry but I would like to do it through GPO's to stop users altering their
screen resolution from what the admin sets it at.
