Intel File Transfer Service failure

I have looked everywhere for information regarding this failure. The
service doesn't start, generate a 7023 Event ID and the error
information is as follows:

The Intel File Transfer service terminated with the following error:
?








Not much to go on. :( Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!

Win2k Server - SP4

Haha. It is the service used for the File Replication service used by
DC's to synchronize things like the SYSVOL share. Thanks anyway.
