Intel Desktop Board D101GGC and 100/133 MHz SDRAMs - do they worktogether?

I'm gonna buy an Intel Desktop Board D101GGC motherboard and a pentium D
805 processor. Can I use my old kingston SDRAMs (one per 133 MHz and one
per 100 MHz) with it? Did anyone here had this combo? How did it work?

Hoping for a quick reply
Bartek

PS: Can anyone tell me what I will have in the motherboard box? I don't
know if my PC casing will fit the motherboard. Can anyone tell me?

One more question about the Pentium D processor: Does it have a cooler
(fan) inside the box, or do I have to buy a seperate one? I know it's a
trivial question, but I'm completely new in changing hardware (except
mounting in new hard drives, CD recorders or RAMs, but that's easy)

Hoping for a quick answer

D101GGC is DDR SDRAM. PC3200 memory would be a typical choice.

To get a processor with the heatsink and fan included, buy the
box that has the word "retail" in the title:

The cooler in the retail box should look like this:

If you are planning on overclocking your processor, an Intel
motherboard might not be the best choice for that. A manual
for the D101GGC can be found here:

On the topic of overclocking, this thread mentions that the
BIOS doesn't have the option to control the clock, so one
guy used "clockgen" to adjust the speed. That means you
can only change the clock speed while in Windows, and the
overclock available was limited.

Also, if you look at a picture of the motherboard, the memory
looks like single channel and not dual channel operation. The
two memory sockets are too close together, and there is only
one set of termination resistors. I checked the user manual, and
it doesn't mention dual channel either. I really think another
motherboard would be a better choice.

Overclocking? I don't have to. I had been working, playing and storing
media on a PC with a 800 MHz Celeron for 5 years and I'd be glad only to
have that 2,8 GHz on board. I just wondered if I could put in my old
SDRAMs into the new motherboard.

Thanks for the links and the help
