I want upgrade memory (existing is 128MB) in PIII 866MHz, to 512MB,
to install Windows XP. I want use 2 x 256=512MB.

Motherboard info:

Mainboard model: CT-6OJV2
VGA Model Embedded 3D AGP VGA
Intel 815E GMCH + ICH2 AGPset with integr. 2D/3D graphics
CPU Type: Pentium III 866MHz
BIOS: Award BIOS
Memory modules: 128MB DIMM

256 PC 133 DIMMs are the max that can be used per slot on this board.

Does the following memory feet my motherboard:

"Kingston SDRAM, PC133, 133MHz, CL3, Non-ECC
512MB Total - Two 256MB Modules"
"Pulled from working system, guaranteed not to be DOA, and fully covered
under TheGemmGroup 100% Guarantee"

What mean DOA?

Is this right choice?

If you want to be sure, and have a lifetime warranty, use a configorator eg
Corsair / Crucial / Kingston etc web sites

Having actually looked at your link I see you already used a configerator.
Did you not note the part about 'guaranteed to work' & lifetime warranty
