intalling a monitor

Although I'm not quite a newbie but I'm having a hard
time with a 19" monitor I inherited. I tried to make the
image fit the screen which was semi succesful, but
inadvertantly shrunk everything else,icons, email, fonts
etc. HELP

Go to the web site of the monitor manufacturer and download drivers and the
manual.
