intall xp on another comp

I bought a new dell with xp home. I then purchased xp pro
full version and would like to install the home on
another computer the pro on the dell and one other comp
in the home and network all three. Is the licensing going
to get in the way here since it is not on the original
computer? I guess what I am asking, is the home version
scrap if I remove it?

Gary;
Dell came with Windows XP Home.
Windows XP Home is OEM.
OEM is normally permanently tied to the first computer installed and
can not be transferred regardless the condition of the first computer.
If you install Windows XP Pro on the new Dell, the Windows XP Home is
then worthless.
