Insufficient system resources exist incomplte requested service?

Insufficient system resources exist incomplete requested service error. Then
everything slows down. And I can't save anything or open anything.
Any suggestions.
 
To begin with, tell us what program is displaying the error message, the
exact text of the error message and explain what you are trying to do
when you see the message. We don't have crystal balls.
 
I will be getting the troubled PC today(July 13) and will try and generate
the same problem and get back to you sorry Ted Zieglar.
