Insufficient memory

Hi

i am using windows XP Pro, the PC is a compaq Evo d510
2.8Ghz, 512 Mb, 80 GB.

i run a batch file that zips certain files from my PC to
a share on a server. the first two batch files run
without a proble,, however the last one which is supposed
to zip a folder that contains almost 1 Gb of data, fails
with the following error mesage.

Pkzip. <E22> insufficient memory

any idea why it does that?
