Insufficient memory or systems resources message

Sakuna

Just last night (Thursday) I began getting this error
message when I try to open messages, reply to them,
forward them or even create a new message: "Insufficient
memory or system resources." I close all other programs
as it suggests. I clear the temp files from IE. I
reboot. No change. Is this a virus? Can I set somethign
related to memory? It has made my Outlook (2000) suddenly
inoperable.

I cleared the deleted files folder (using the button on
the left, selecting all, deleting). I went back and tried
again. The problem persists??????

Alright, well basically you get this message when something is corrupted.
These are some things you could try;
-run scanpst.exe against your pst-file
-recreate your mail profile (if you are in CW mode) Control Panel-> Mail->
button Show Profiles
-do a repair on Office and reapply the latest servicepack + hotfixes
