instructor guide text?

I am attempting to add "instruction" text to a form to aid my users in
completing it w/the correct information. However, I do not want this text to
print... only to show on the screen in red or stand out in some other way.
Using Instructor Guide Text was recommended, but I cannot find anything under
help w/that search term. Any ideas? Thank you!

I have no idea what Instructor Guide Text is, but perhaps more detail is
available from the source of the recommendation?

One solution I can suggest, however, is to access a Fields Properties dialog
box & click the button for 'Add Help Text...', where you have two Options. If
you use the 'Type your own', the help message/instruction you type in the box
will appear in the Status Bar when the user navigates to the field. The other
choice is for having content form an AutoText Entry appear, instead.

You might want to explore using Comments. If you make this a separate
template, you could set your User Information (Tools >> Options) to
something like Name: Information for this Field; Initials: Help, and create
a custom Print button that ensures Comments are not printed.
