Several times, I have found that the instructions in HELP
do not describe what I see on my computer. For example,
I was trying to install FrontPage Server Extensions 2002,
and the following instructions do not fit my display
under start: "To open FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions,
click Start, point to All Programs, point to
Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Services
Manager."
There is not a category called "Administrative Tools"
in the Start/All Programs file--
Do you know why my display would be different from that
described in the "help and support center?"

Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize. You'll find an
option for Administrative Tools on the Start menu, there.

Does that include non-administrative rights users?
