instruction error

Can someone help me whenever I try to go to Pogo.com and open up a game I get
this message: The instruction at "0x01a8110b" referenced memory at
"0x17e5368". The memory could not be read.

I have done a system restore to a previous date and I have all cleaned out
my temp files and history.

Why am I getting this error message??
