Instllation help- user restrictions

I have installed LCS2005 at my work & it works fine. Where I am stuck on and
need to know if it can be done is to limit users to who they can not only
search for but who they can communicte with. I want to be able to block
certain group of people from talking to other people either in the same group
or a different group. Can this be done?
 
You seem to be posting to the wrong newsgroup. This NG is for Microsoft
Access, the database product that is part of Office Professional.
