Unfortunately, not knowing anything about the setup of your machine, the
hardware you're using, which particular messenger application you're
attempting to install, what kind of errors you get when trying to install,
etc., it's very difficult at this point to offer any advice that will be
remotely helpful. Please post more information so we can more accurately
see what is happening during install.
