InstallSield Engine has encountered a problem

I was installing new updates and I also tried to install Adobe. I received
the following message. "InstallShield has encountered a problem and needs to
close we are sorry for the inconvenience. Now I cannot remove the adobe
neither know what to do to solve this issue with the InstallShield. Can
anybody help me?
