InstallShield Error - Windows XP Pro

I am having difficulty installing one specific program that returns an
internal read error 703 after downloading 50% of the program. Is anybody able
to tell me a work around or whether a patch is available.

Try clearing the %TEMP% folder, and try again. (start/run, type: %TEMP%)
