Installing XP Professional.

I am trying to install Windows XP Professional on a new PC (that has had no
operating system loaded before) The installation keeps failing during Setup
(after about 30 mins)n with the following error message:
An error has been encounterd that prevents Setup from continueng.
Internal Setup data structures are corrupted (phase 0)

Does anyone have any ides what is causing this?

Dirty CD or drive, clean them both.

Try reseating the hard drive cable and replace the cable if you still get
the error messages.
Please post back with results.
