Installing XP Pro over Home

I shouldn't have a problem installing Win XP Pro over my
current XP Home, but can I install my licensed XP home on
a different computer without any troubles with Microsoft?
 
Yes, as long as Windows XP Pro is full version.
And as long as Windows XP Home is NOT OEM.
 
Thank you. They both are full versions. I just wanted to
make sure.
