I am atempting to install XP on a ThinPad 600, Win 98. HD is partitioned into 4 drives; Windows is on smallest and XP keeps trying to install on it No room at the inn there

Do I
Back up everything, fdisk and install XP and let it partition? o
Is there a way to redirect the install of XP to the very empty F: drive

Thanks.

Not a hard one.
Laptop - with Windows 98..

Backup your stuff, install using Windows XP CD (boot from it or the boot
floppies) and make one big partition.
