Installing XP Full Version

I have a Toshiba Laptop which I want to completely reformat and install XP.
If I format the Hard Disk will the CD Drive still have the drivers to run
the XP Installation disc ??

Change your bios to boot from the XP cd, that will allow you to format your
hard disk and do the install.

No. Formatting erases everything. Make sure you can get drivers for the
laptop hardware before you format. Many Laptops use proprietreity
hardware with drivers that aren't included on the XP CD
