installing worksheets on other machines automatically

I have made a small workbook that keeps track of hours worked. ther
are 2 buttons on it, 1 saves the document to a specific file (path) an
gives it a name, the other prints selected pages. is there a way t
email this workbook to others and have it auto install on their machin
and create a path for info to be saved, and have the print button se
to the machines default printer
