installing works suite 2003 on xp

My computer crushed so i am re-installing software. works
suite 2003 canot instal because Norton Antivirus
(navapw32.exe) is running. I am failing to stop it even
if i use control manager to exit its not working.

Use msconfig. Disable all NAV stuff. Then try again.
