Installing with USB Floppy

Hello - I have a new Dell PE 850 and they do not ship with Floppy drives. I
am trying to configure a SATA II PCIe RAID controller during the initial
windows server install. I hit F6 and the <S> to specify the USB Floppy. It
works fine. However, when I get to the "insert manufacturers disk" portion of
the install, the Floppy Drive cannot be found, I have Windows 2000 Server
SP2.

FYI: I contacted Microsoft replacement disks but I have an OEM version and
would have to purchase a retail version.

Any ideas?

Start the install using the supplied Poweredge server install disks and do
only put in the OS CD when told to from the Dell install prcedure.

PS If you need further help then call the Dell Server support team, they're
usually quite good at talking through install issues on new servers

Already tried that too. Until the SATA RAID driver is installed, the hard
drive cannot be seen and therefore it won't work. We are a Dell reseller and
have been in contact with Dell regarding this problem. They told me that they
don't support Sony USB Floppy and to buy a particular TEAK USB Floppy. Did
that, didn't work. They had me update the CD Firmware. Did that, didn't work.
Finally told me to purchase thier SATA controller or purchase an OEM Version
of Windows 2000 server?

It's been a fun one.
