Installing with BCM

Can anyone assist me with the installation of Outlook 2003 BCM? The update CD
seems to load BCM O.K. but when it tries to load the SQL server...at the very
end (2 munutes remaining) it stops...times out... and produces an error
message that says the SQL server failed to configure.
It then aborts the install and uninstalls both the server and the BCM. Can
anyone help me through this?!

Try posting this in microsoft.public.outlook.bcm - the real experts with BCM hang out there and have probably run into this problem and have a fix for it.
