if you want to do a clean install read here: look for "perform a clean install"

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;316941

if you want to reinstall:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315341/

clean install you format your hard drive...reinstall use alredy installed
files
<<<Warning>>> if you do a clean install you are going to need to update all
your drivers, to do this you need to located the vendor webside of your
computer and download the drivers or use the cd that came with the computer.
After you clean installed the os(operating system) don't be alarm because the
aparence of you desktop change that is normal until your update your grafic
card driver

Thanks I have started to do a clean install and somehow it does not allow me
to enter F8 after reading the license agreement. Do you happen to know what I
can do, or am I in trouble. I do not have a lot of experience with computers
I am doing this because I have computers that were given to me and I am
passing it on to a daycare, but the agreement was for me to install new
windows. I would appreciate any help.

it's likely your keyboard has "F-Lock" enabled. It's trying to do the special
function of whatever is on the F-Lock key instead of sending the "F8"
keystroke.
Look for a key on your keyboard that says something like "F-Lock". Press it
to "activate" (or "deactivate" as the case may be) and then press F8 again
or control + shift + F8 or pageup/pagedown
