Hi,
My hard disk is full and my motherboard is bad. I want to
upgrade my hard drive to 80 G, put a new motherboard in,
and install Windows XP Home edition on the machine (not
OEM). The operating system has been installed once on the
old drive. I'd like to uninstall it but the computer
stopped working. I would appreciate it if anybody could
tell me if what I want to do is feasible and if I don't
have to worry about software activiation issues.

Do exactly as you said
change all
install XP
the worst that can happen is a phone call activation
