Installing windows 98 on a seperate partition

I'm running Windows 2000 pro and Gentoo Linux on my
computer. I already have a boot manager setup and my
hardrive partitioned to handle Windows 98 on it. I just
need to know how to install 98 on a specific partition.
Any ideas?

Greetings --

Easy enough to do when there's no 3rd party manager involved, but,
as you are using one, you'll have to consult the documentation that
came with it.
