Installing win2k pro on existing partition

I am about to migrate from win98 to win2k pro. I know that I need to do a
clean install rather than an upgrade. My question is that the hard drive
has 3 existing partions of about 25 gig each. Can I FDisk the C: partition
and then install there, or do I need to wipe the entire drive and remove the
partitions and start from a completely clean harddrive?

Clear all or one, whichever you like.
It has been suggested that Win2K pro should exist on a 10gb partition; if yr
planning to put apps, data on others.
