I have a copy of Win XP that is not bootable. I don't
know why, I just know it won't boot.

I've been told that there is a way of installing a copy
of XP on a new hard drive using a 98 boot disk
w/smartdrive.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thanks,
Terry

Boot with Win98 and CD installed, run smartdrive. Go to
folder i386 on CD and run winnt. Should get you going

Smartdrv has to be added to the boot disk, it is not included on a standard
Win 98/Me boot disk.
