Installing VirusScan ASaP: Cannot Import??

D

Darlene

When trying to install VirusScan ASaP on my Windows 2000
Server I keep getting the Registry Editor message: Cannot
import C:\Documents: Error Opening the file. There may be
a disk or file system error.

I have scanned the hard drive and it says that its
healthy? Can anyone help me out with this problem?

It also gives me another error: Cannot import
Settings\Administrator.underwoodanderson\WINDOWS\myCIO\Agen
t\mycioagt_g.reg: Error opening the file. There may be a
disk or file system error.
