Installing TS License

I bought a 5 user TS license but it did NOT come with any
type of codes to enter during the license process. All I
recieved was a box with a piece of paper indicating that I
have a legal copy of a 5 user system. Tried to do this
using the Internet and called the number to activate the
license. Person on the phone drew a blank. MS is a pain in
the butt and requires way too much effort for a simple
process. Any ideas on how to proceed with getting these
validated? The temporary license expires in April.
