Installing Themes

I am frustrated by the lack of themes on XP. I downloaded a theme I like,
but the instructions are to download the file to C:/Program
Files/Plus!/Themes. Problem is, I don't have Plus!. How can I install this
theme without messing up my computer? I tried to just unzip the file, but I
only got the wallpaper, not the rest of the theme which included different
cursors and sounds and colors in the windows.

Hi,

Theme files can be opened only by Plus. there is no other
way to open and install it.

see this site www.windowsblind.com and they have
chargeable themes also.
