I run the sp4 for w2k, files extract, then the splash screen for the install appears breifly then disapears. Ran Office scan pattern file 814, no visuses. Pc has autocadd lite and arcview 8 installed.
Check the logs %windir%\svcpack.log and %windir%\setupapi.log for any clues...
