Installing SP3

We tried installing SP3 on a stand alone computer from a disk we downloaded from the internet. It won't install because there is no internet connection on this particular computer. It says to go to the Service Pack web site and look for "Problems installing SP3" without an internet connection but I can't for the life of me find it. Help.
 
Dont use SP3....its unstable.
