Installing SP2

I have windows xp pro sp1. After I install SP2, I get a message saying
"Access Denied". Then it automatically uninstalls SP2. What do I do?

OK, I did that, and there was something wrong first time, but i still get the
message. It says the problem is still there when I check
"%windir%\svcpack.log", but when I check "%windir%setupapi.log", there is the
same things as before. I've checked that verbose logging is still on, and it
is.
