installing software for all users

New user to XP program. My husband and I are set up as
administraters. Kids have restriction. How do I install
newest version of Netscape so ALL (of us) users can use
the latest version?

By default netscape should place a shortcut on each users
desktop after being installed. If it doesn't then be sure
that the program is installed in the all users\programs
folder where everyone can gain access to it and create a
shortcut for their own use. If you need more detailed help

I don't know about Netscape, but when I installed Internet Explorer on an
Admin account, it then wouldn't work on the system's Limited account, even
though all the shortcuts were there.

So I had to temporarily change the Limited Account to an Admin, and then
install the program. After the installation I changed the other account
back to Limited.
