I cannot locate Powerpoint on my computer. All the other Office programs are
there. Could it have not been installed originally? Or could it have been
removed and if so, how can I get it back on the desktop or programs so it can
be used. It doesn't appear in any program listing anywhere.
Do I have to uninstall all of Office and reinstall all of it? Or can I just
install Powerpoint?
TIA
John

Hi John

First thing is to see if it is installed: open the run command (windows
key+r - windows key is in the bottom left hand side of keyboard between ctrl
and alt), type powerpnt.exe and hit enter. If powerpoint opens, it's there
and is it doesn't, it ain't.

If it is there: search for it (windows key+f) then right click and select
create shortcut. This will put a shortcut on your desktop.

If it isn't there: put your Office installation in your cd/dvd drive and
follow instructions - it should allow you just to install powerpoint &
nothing else.

Any q's post back.
