Installing RC1

I have been trying to install RC1 without sucess. I tried to install as an
upgrade and then a clean install, both times install reported that I was
missing a device driver for my DVD/RW. I dont have a driver CD for the DVD/RW
(it never came with one). I have tried using Beta2 DVD and the XP cd to see
if I could get a driver to work with no sucess. Does someone know a work
around for this? The worst part is I now have to install the OS again.

For those interested the problem lay in the fact that the DVD player in my pc
died during instal. Lets see I have now replaced my DVD player 3 times in 3
months since starting to play with Vista.
By the way I now have a working RC1 to play with.
