Installing RAID Drivers without a floppy?

I've just built a new system, based on the Intel DQ35JO motherboard
and am getting ready to install the XP Pro operating system. I've set
up a RAID, and reading the instructions, it says to insert the
included floppy disk at the time of the install. This motherboard
doesn't have floppy disk support and I don't have a USB floppy drive.
How am I going to get the drivers into the install? Please don't tell
me I have to buy a USB Floppy, just to install these drivers.

You either have to buy a USB floppy or create a custom XP installation disk
and integrate the drivers, I prefer nLite for this purpose.

Has anyone been able to do this successfully using nLite? Will the
new install disk see the RAID and find the drivers on the CD?

As I said, I use nLite, so yes it has been done successfully, setup will
load the drivers you provided using nLite and you'll have access to your
RAID array.
