Installing program

I am trying to install Sonic R for my daughter but when i go through setup i
get the message not enough space to install you need at least 90mb please
delete or use another drive. I know I dont need to delete as I have plenty
of memory space and I am using drive C so I can't work out the problem.

Memory has nothing to do with it, hard drive space does.
What capacity is the HD?
How much space is used?
How much space is available?
