installing problem

Just installed XP. Then installed Netscape 7.1 and Norton
System Works 2002. Netscape gave no installation error
messages, Icon was put on desktop, but program won't load.
Norton gave some error messages, but reported installation
complete.It won't work.
Is there any trick to getting programs working under XP.
Special registration ?

No trick. Contact netscape and nortons for install problems with their
software.

Norton SystemWorks 2002 should be working in XP. Did you do all the Live
updates??

Netscape 7.1 works fine in WinXP. Did you install from an account with
admin privileges?

Hi!
both the softwares are absolutely compatible with XP.I shall suggest
that you remove both the softwares and then reinstall.
